Congratulations to everybody connected with the 32BJ negotiation team 2010 and a special thanks our skilful leader, it was a job well done under the most difficult of circumstances. I have been part of every Residential and Commercial contract negotiations since joining the Mike Fishman team in 1999 and I can say that this contract was the most difficult and complex of all.  Each contract, commercial or residential has its own set of complications.

Hibernia Provident Society will host it’s first Charity Golf Event to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of New York, on Monday, May 10, 2010 at the Exclusive Elmwood Country Club, White Plains, (35 minutes from midtown Manhattan) will stage our foursomes golf outing and we look forward to the pleasure of your company.
