Our regular meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at Slattery’s Midtown Pub, located at 8 East 36th Street (between 5th and Madison Avenue), 212.683.6444 all of our meetings start at 7:00 PM sharp.

Membership Meeting

Our next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on Wednesday February 8, 2012  at Slattery's Midtwon Pub (located at 8 east 36th street between Madison and Fifth). 

Charity Golf Outing

 The Hibernia Provident Society is proud to announce it's 2012 annual golf outing in aid of the Ronald McDonald Children's House of New York.

 The outing will be held on Monday May 7 at the Elmwood Country Club. Nestled in the heart of beautiful Westchester County, Elmwood Country Club is a private member-owned club established in 1930 and is an A.W Tillinghast designed championship golf course.

Annual Fishing Trip

                                The Annual Fishing Trip date for 2012 is set for Friday June 29, 2012.
The boat leaves from New Rochelle on the charter boat  "The Shamrock". Sailing at 5.30pm - returning at 11.30pm. The trip is limited to 55 people. $55 per Member, Vendors $150 Per person

Education

 Our regular meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month (except for February which is changed to Wednesday the 8th) at Slattery’s Midtown Pub, located at 8 East 36th Street (between 5th and Madison Avenue), 212.683.6444 all of our meetings start at 7:00 PM sharp.

February's  educational feature will be presented by Bill Sothern from Microecologies. Their specialty deals with environemental health investigations focusing on Asthma, Allergies,  Mold, etc.
 

The HPS Gala Dinner

    The 2012 HPS Gala Dinner was held on Friday January 20, 2012 at Rosie O'Grady's located on 800 7th Avenue.  Another full house and a wonderful time was had by all. As usual the  spectacular music was supplied by the acclaimed band The Project, and of course the wit and humor of our master of ceremonies Dermot Henry completed the evening. We look forward to seeing you all next year at the same venue.
   

Veteran Donations

The Hibernia Provident Society is proud to announce Support our Veterans. This organization provides aid and relief to Veterans of The United States of America by helping collect new and gently used clothing and household donations.

The organization accepts : gently used clothing, accessories,  shoes, baby items, bikes, toys, books, stereos, radios, portable TV's, small furniture and rugs, small appliances and tools, bedding, drapery, curtains, jewelry, housewares,glassware,kitchenware and almost anyhting.

The House is a supportive and caring environment which encourages and nurtures the development of child-to-child and parent-to-parent support systems.
