John Egan
John Egan is a Board of Directors Member, Founding Father and President of the Hibernia Provident Society; as such John plays a vital and active role in all of the committees of the Society. Born in Dublin Ireland, John enjoyed a successful career in the music business in Europe before emigration to America in the early 1990’s. Currently John holds the position of Resident Manager of a midtown Park Avenue building and serves as an Executive At-Large Board Member of Union SEIU 32BJ. John is a current member of Ancient Order of Hibernians and is an active member of several Resident Managers Clubs in New York City.
Michael Donoghue
Michael Donoghue is a Board of Directors Member, a Charter Member and serves as the Treasurer and is on the Website Committee and Employment Referral Committee of The Hibernia Provident Society. Michael is a native of New York and manages a 35 story luxury condominium on Manhattan’s West Side and has served as a Resident Manger in Manhattan since 1990.
Patrick Geoghegan
Patrick Geoghegan is a Board of Directors Member, Founding Father and Charter Member of the Hibernia Provident Society. Born in Limerick, Ireland, Patrick followed the footsteps of his late father and served as an Officer in the Worldwide UN Peace Keeping Force for 10 years before immigrating to the United States in the late 1960’s. Patrick served as a past President of many of the Residential Building Manager clubs in New York City and is a Resident Manager of a 600 unit apartment building in Midtown Manhattan.
Desmond Beglin
Desmond Beglin is a Board of Directors Member, served as a Past President of Hibernia Provident Society and is a Founding Father. Desmond is from Enniscrone, County Sligo, Ireland. He has been working in the New York City Real Estate Industry since 1982 and is currently a Resident Manager of 40 Central Park South. Desmond is a former Vice-President of the Emerald Guild Society and remains an active member of several Resident Managers Clubs in New York City. Desmond is the father of two additional Hibernia Provident Society members, Kark and Nick Beglin
Mark A. Stevens
Mark Stevens is a Board of Directors Member, a Charter Member and Employment Referral Committee member of the Hibernia Provident. Born and raised in the Bronx, Mark began his real estate career at 18 as a Porter and later as a Handyman. Mark worked his way up and has been a Building Manager for 30 years. Mark is a member of RAM and the Manhattan Resident Managers. He has been married for 30 years and is a great father to two great kids.
Anthony Tamboni
Anthony Tamboni is a Board of Directors Member, a Charter member and Registrar of the Hibernia Provident Society. Born and raised in New York City, Anthony has been in the Building Maintenance and Management industry for 28 years. He is presently managing a 46 story luxury condominium on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
Darren Thunder
Darren Thunder is a Board of Directors Member, a Charter Member and serves on the Website Committee of the Hibernia Provident Society. Born in Dublin, Ireland, Darren has over 15 years of experience in the New York City Building Management industry. He is a Resident Manager for Rose Associates and is a current member of several Resident Managers clubs in New York City.
Peter J. McGoey
Peter McGoey is a Board of Directors Member, a Charter Member and is actively serving on the Finance Committee of the Hibernia Provident Society. Born in the Bronx, Peter’s mother hailed from County Mayo, Ireland and his Father from County Longford, Ireland. Peter is a United States Marine Corps Veteran. Peter is a Past President of the New York Building Managers Association.
Mark Roytman
Mark Roytman is a Board of Directors Member, a Charter Member and Calendar Chairman of the Hibernia Provident Society. Mark has over 30 years of experience with extensive knowledge in operating luxury high-rise buildings with state of art equipment. Mark served as a President of New York Building Managers’ Association and created an exemplary educational program for the Association. Over the last 15 years Mark has taught several classes in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Licensing and serves on the Advisory Committee for the Local 32BJ Thomas Shortman Training Program.
Pat Dunne
Pat Dunne is a Board of Directors Member, Founding Father and Charter Member. Additionally, Pat is serving on the Employment Referral and Social Committees of the Hibernia Provident Society. Born in Tipperary, Ireland, Pat worked in London for the Copthorn Group before immigration to New York. He is extensively involved in charity work for the Ronald McDonald Children’s Cancer Home in Manhattan.
Kevin Fitzpatrick
Kevin Fitzpatrick is a Board of Directors Member, a Founding Father and Charter Member of the Hibernia Provident Society. Kevin is actively serving as HPS Insurance Chairman and assisting with the website committee for the Society. Kevin is second generation Irish born in New York City. Kevin has actively held positions in the New York City Building Management industry for 20 years and is a Resident Manager of a luxury co-opt building located in Midtown Manhattan.
Michael Conway
Michael Conway is a Board of Directors Member, a Charter member and is serving on the Social Committee of the Hibernia Provident Society. Born in New York, Michael worked as an Engineer in the New York City Transit Authority for over 20 years and is a current member of several Resident Managers Clubs in NYC.
Brendan Higgins
Brendan Higgins is a Board of Directors Member, a Founding Father and Charter Member of the Hibernia Provident Society and serves as the Education Chairman. Born in Dublin Ireland, Brendan served as Board Member of many of the New York Building Manager clubs in New York City. Brendan is married to his wonderful wife Patsy and has two wonderful and very successful soccer playing sons, one of whom, in two months time is off to a highly successful Nottingham Forest Football Club in England for soccer trials.
Colin Hyland
Colin Hyland is a Board of Directors Member, a Charter Member and serves on the Golf and Social Committee of the Hibernia Provident Society. Born in Galway Ireland, Colin has over 15 years of experience in the New York City Building Management Industry and is a Resident Manager of a luxurious 500 Condominium located on the upper east side of Manahattan.
Eugene Cottrell.
Eugene Cottrell is a Board member, a Charter member and serves as the Registrar of the Hibernia Provident Society. Born in Ballina, County Mayo, Ireland, Eugene worked as a planned maintenance engineer in London and Ireland before moving to New York in the early 90s. An active member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Division 4 along with other building managers clubs, Eugene also serves as Chief Referee for Division B-11 in the West Side Soccer League. He is currently the Resident Manager of a Cooperative building on Manhattan’s east side.
